Provides financial support for the greater Atlanta area via coaching, counseling, mentoring, prep training and development to young men (particularly African-American) to enable them to realize their inherent potential and abilities.

The purpose is exclusively religious, charitable, scientific, literary, or educational within the meaning of Section 501©(3) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 or such other provisions of state or federal law as may from time to time be applicable. The specific purpose is to provide community service, scholarships, and financial assistance to disadvantaged youth in the community.
